7 Brew Secret Menu: What Is Actually Secret (and What Is Not)
Search for the 7 Brew secret menu and you will find lists of fifty drinks, a hundred drinks, one site even claims a hundred and two. We checked those names against 7 Brew’s own nutrition guide, the June 2026 edition, and found something none of those lists mention: a large share of the drinks on them are not secret at all. They are on the regular menu, sometimes under a slightly different name.
So this page does the thing nobody else seems willing to do. First, the drinks people call secret that you can simply order by name, with their real published calories. Then the ones that genuinely are off-menu, and how to ask for them without leaving the person at your window guessing.
Looking for something seasonal instead? See the 7 Brew Fall Menu 2026, or start with two of the most-customized originals: the 7 Brew Blondie and the 7 Brew Brunette.

What the 7 Brew Secret Menu Actually Means
7 Brew does not publish a secret menu. There is no hidden list held back from customers, and no code word that unlocks anything. What exists is a stand full of syrups, sauces, milks and bases, and a crew who will build more or less whatever you can describe from them.
What circulates online as a secret menu is really two different things stirred together. Some of it is real menu drinks that people simply had not noticed, because there is no menu board at a 7 Brew stand to read them off. The rest is customer and crew combinations that picked up nicknames and spread. Both are worth ordering. Only one of them is secret.
Drinks Called Secret That Are Just on the Menu
Every drink in this table appears on secret menu lists, and every one of them is in 7 Brew’s official nutrition guide. You do not need a special way of asking. Say the name. The figures are for a large, and they come straight from the published guide.
| Listed as | What it really is | Large, as published |
|---|---|---|
| Cinnamon Roll | Cinnamon Roll Breve | 590 cal iced, 49 g sugar, 240 mg caffeine |
| Cookies and Cream | Cookies & Cream, a shake | 800 cal, 144 g sugar, caffeine free |
| Crème Brûlée | Crème Brûlée Latte | 300 cal iced, 38 g sugar, 240 mg caffeine |
| Orange Sherbert | Orange Sherbet, a shake (note the spelling) | 750 cal, 140 g sugar, caffeine free |
| Cherry Blossom | A tea flavor with six variants | Green tea: 250 cal iced, 64 mg caffeine |
| Blondie | Blondie Breve, one of the best known drinks there is | 560 cal iced, 39 g sugar, 240 mg caffeine |
| Pink Mermaid | Pink Mermaid 7 Fizz Soda | 320 cal, 81 g sugar, caffeine free |
Two of those are worth pausing on. Cookies and Cream and Orange Sherbet are shakes, not coffee drinks, which is why guides that file them under hidden espresso creations have clearly never ordered one. And Blondie turning up on secret menu lists is the giveaway that some of those lists were assembled by someone who has never been to a 7 Brew. It is the drink the chain is known for.
If you want the rest of the published menu with calories against every drink, it is on our 7 Brew nutrition facts page.
The Drinks That Genuinely Are Off-Menu
These names come up again and again on secret menu lists, and none of them appear anywhere in 7 Brew’s nutrition guide: Dirty Strawberry, Golden Pear, Emerald, Firecracker, Grasshopper, Green Gummy Bear, Midnight Mint, Peppermint Bark and Peach Cobbler.
That does not mean somebody invented them. It means they are customer combinations rather than menu items, and the difference matters when you pull up to the window. There is no fixed recipe behind any of them. A Green Gummy Bear made by one crew is not necessarily the drink you got last time in another state, because nobody at head office ever wrote down what it is.
So order them by describing them, not by hoping the name lands. That is covered below.
Why There Are No Calorie Counts for the Off-Menu Drinks Here
This is where we part company with most guides, and it is deliberate.
You will find pages listing a secret drink at exactly 470 calories, with a full nutrition panel underneath covering fat, cholesterol and sodium. 7 Brew’s nutrition guide does not have a column for cholesterol. It does not have one for sodium either. It publishes calories, carbs, sugar, fat, protein, caffeine and allergens, and it publishes them only for drinks that are on the menu. Any panel you see for an off-menu drink was not measured by anyone.
We are not going to add to that. If you are counting calories, order something documented and look it up in our 7 Brew calorie chart. If you want a custom drink and a rough idea of what is in it, start from the base drink’s published figure and add for what you put on top. That is an estimate, and we will call it one.
How to Order Something Off the Menu
There is no board to read at a 7 Brew stand. Somebody walks down the lane with a tablet and takes your order through the car window, which is actually the easiest ordering setup there is for a custom drink, because you are talking to a person rather than shouting at a speaker.
The sequence that works, in this order:
- Name the base. Breve, latte, cold brew, 7 Energy, lemonade, tea, fizz soda, smoothie or shake. This is the single most useful thing you can say first.
- Say the size. Kids, small, medium or large.
- Say hot, iced or blended. Blended is the Frozen Chiller, and it changes the drink more than people expect.
- Name the flavors. Two is usually the sweet spot. Three starts to muddy.
- Set the sweetness. Half sweet improves almost everything on this menu. Say it before they ring you up, not after.
If you try a nickname and get a blank look, do not push it. Describe the drink instead. “Large iced breve, half sweet, strawberry and vanilla” gets made correctly every time. “A Dirty Strawberry” might not.
Two of the easiest swaps are a sugar-free syrup and a breve base. See every option in our 7 Brew sugar free flavors list, and learn what the half-and-half base does in our 7 Brew breve guide.
The Levers You Actually Have
Forget the drink names for a moment. These are the things you can change on any order, and between them they cover everything a secret menu list is really describing:
- Sweetness. Full, half or none. The biggest single change you can make, and it costs nothing.
- Sugar-free syrups. A real part of the published menu, not a workaround. There are sugar-free versions of the Blondie, Caramel, Brunette, Ocean Breeze 7 Energy and plenty more, all with their own published figures.
- Milk. Whole, skim, oat and almond are standard.
- Shots. Add one for strength, drop to decaf, or split the difference with a half-caf.
- Preparation. Hot, iced or Frozen Chiller. Worth knowing that the blended version usually carries more sugar than the iced one, sometimes a lot more.
- Toppings. Cold foam, whipped cream, a drizzle. These are where the calories climb fastest.
On caffeine, one thing catches people out: the Frozen Chiller versions are built on cold brew, so a blended drink can carry noticeably more caffeine than the iced one with the same name. Our 7 Brew caffeine guide has the numbers by drink and size.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is the 7 Brew secret menu real?
Partly. 7 Brew has never published a secret menu, and there is no hidden list. What is real is that the stands will build custom drinks from the syrups and bases they already carry, and some of those combinations have picked up names. Several drinks that circulate as secret are simply on the regular menu.
Is there a sugar-free 7 Brew secret menu?
You do not need one. Sugar-free is a published part of the menu, not a secret. The nutrition guide lists sugar-free versions of the Blondie, Caramel Breve, Brunette Mocha, Ocean Breeze 7 Energy, Vanilla Latte and around thirty more, each with its own figures. Ask for the sugar-free version by name and it exists on the till.
What is on the 7 Brew energy secret menu?
The 7 Energy base is the most customized thing on the menu, which is why so many nicknames attach to it. The published flavors are Brewberry, Ocean Breeze, Nightshade, Sunrise, Pixie Stick, Heatwave and Tropic Thunder, most with a sugar-free version. Anything beyond those is a flavor combination someone asked for, so describe it rather than naming it.
Do secret menu drinks cost more?
The base drink costs what it costs by size and category. Extras such as an additional shot, non-dairy milk, cold foam or whipped cream are charged on top. 7 Brew is franchised and every stand sets its own prices, so we are not going to quote an exact figure for a custom drink.
Can I order a secret menu drink on the 7 Brew app?
Only in the sense that you can build it. The app has the menu drinks and the modifiers, so you can put together most custom combinations yourself. What it does not have is a list of nicknames to tap.
How many sizes does 7 Brew have?
Four. Kids, Small, Medium and Large. The Kids size is in the official nutrition guide with its own figures for every drink, which is worth knowing if you want a smaller portion rather than a half-sweet large.
Which off-menu drink is worth trying first?
Honestly, start with a menu drink you have not had and order it half sweet. Most people who go looking for a secret menu are looking for something less sweet or more interesting than what they usually get, and the sweetness setting delivers that faster than any nickname.
Final Thoughts
The useful version of a secret menu is not a list of a hundred names. It is knowing that there is no board to read, that the person taking your order will build what you describe, and that half the drinks people call hidden are sitting on the published menu with calorie figures attached.
Pick a base, pick two flavors, say half sweet, and you are already ordering better than most of the queue. If you want to see what is actually on the menu first, the full 7 Brew menu has every drink and what it costs.

Every drink name on this page was checked against 7 Brew’s published nutrition guide. Drinks we describe as off-menu are ones that do not appear in it, and we deliberately publish no nutrition figures for those, because none exist. 7 Brew does not operate a secret menu. This website is an independent guide and is not connected with 7 Brew Coffee.
