Original Pumpkin Blondie® Breve
The year-round Blondie — a caramel-and-vanilla breve — with pumpkin syrup layered over it. Because it is a breve, it is made with half-and-half rather than milk, which is what gives it the thickness.
Reviewers who tried it described a subtle pumpkin spice latte character: pumpkin, vanilla and espresso with caramel behind them, and creamy without tipping into sickly, which is impressive for a drink carrying three syrups.

Pumpkin Roll Shake
7 Brew describes it as creamy and dessert-inspired, packed with pumpkin roll flavor with brown sugar cinnamon and white chocolate, topped with whipped cream and a pumpkin drizzle.
Verdict from those who tried it: pleasant, well made, not revolutionary. A safe pick if you want dessert rather than coffee.
Apple Butter Chai
Chai spices with apple butter, whipped cream and an apple butter drizzle on top. This one came out best of the apple drinks in reviews — the chai spice and the apple land together as something close to apple crumb, the way a warm diner pie tastes.

Caramel Apple Pie Macchiato
Espresso and whole milk with caramel apple pie flavors and an apple butter drizzle. On paper it should work. In practice, reviewers found the green apple syrup dominates and never quite settles into the salted caramel macchiato underneath — closer to a candied apple sucker than to pie.
This was the weakest of the five in tasting notes. Not undrinkable, but the one to skip if you are only buying one.
Drizzled Apple 7 Brew Energy™ Frozen Chiller
The 7 Energy base blended frozen, with crisp apple flavor and a caramel drizzle swirl. Described as an energy drink splashed with sour green apple and then sweetened hard with caramel.
It divided opinion — reviewers found it syrupy and tart at the same time. If you already drink 7 Energy and like sour flavors, you will probably enjoy it. If you do not, this is not the one to start with.
