7 Brew Sizes and Prices: Small vs Medium vs Large (2026)
7 Brew sizes come in four steps: Kids, Small, Medium and Large. That is how 7 Brew’s own nutrition guide lists them. What the guide does not tell you is how much each size holds or what it costs, and that is where most of the confusion starts.
This page puts the four 7 Brew sizes side by side: typical prices for each size by drink type, how much caffeine each size carries, and which size gives you the most for your money.

Most 7 Brew drinks cost roughly $3.90–$7.28 for a Small, $4.55–$8.26 for a Medium and $5.20–$9.43 for a Large. A typical coffee runs about $5.46, $6.11 and $6.96. These are customer-reported prices, not official ones: 7 Brew does not publish prices, and each stand sets its own.

Not every drink is made in every size. The official guide lists some drinks from Small up only, so do not expect a Kids version of everything. Most drinks can also be ordered hot or iced, and many as a Frozen Chiller, in the same size names.

How Many Ounces Is Each 7 Brew Size?
7 Brew does not publish cup volumes. Its nutrition guide names the sizes but gives no ounces, and the company’s website and FAQ do not list them either.
You will find ounce charts on other sites, but none of them cite 7 Brew, and they often disagree with each other. Rather than repeat a number we cannot confirm, we have left ounces out. If the exact volume matters to you, ask your Brewista, who can show you the cup.

Seasonal and specialty drinks sit a little higher. The Cinnamon Roll and Sweet & Salty, for example, start at around $6.18 for a Small. No reliable Kids-size prices have been reported, so they are not in the table.

The surprise is in the second row: for espresso drinks, a Medium has exactly the same caffeine as a Small. Going from Medium to Large doubles it. Which 7 Brew Size Is the Best Value?
- For caffeine, skip the Medium on espresso drinks. It costs about 65 cents more than a Small for the same 120 mg. The Large doubles the caffeine for about 85 cents more than a Medium.
- For a stronger drink without a bigger one, ask for an extra shot in a Small instead of sizing up.
- For cold brew, every size step adds caffeine, so the Medium is a real middle option there.
