7 Brew publishes an official nutrition guide, last updated June 2026, but it arrives as a 54-page PDF that is close to unusable on a phone. We pulled all 1,293 drink options out of it and made them searchable. Type a drink name below.

The Numbers People Usually Come Here For

The Lowest Calorie Drinks at 7 Brew

Nine drinks are listed at zero calories in every size:

• Plain teas — black, green, Earl Grey, Paris, cinnamon spice and decaf (six of the nine)
• Americano — plain, hot or iced
• Sugar-Free Hazelnut Americano — the one flavored coffee at zero
• 7 Fizz Soda — the plain one

A further ten drinks come very close: the sugar-free Georgia Peach teas, the sugar-free 7 Fizz Sodas, and the sugar-free Ocean Breeze and Sunrise 7 Energy are all 0 calories in the smaller sizes and only 5 to 10 in the larger ones.

If you want coffee rather than tea, the Sugar-Free Brown Sugar Cinnamon Americano is 5 calories at every size, and a small Sugar-Free Blondie Cold Brew is 50.

Across the whole menu, 73 different drinks have at least one option under 100 calories. Low-calorie ordering at 7 Brew is much easier than its reputation suggests — the problem is that nothing on the board tells you which ones they are.

The Highest Calorie Drinks

Notice what is not on this list: coffee. The heaviest drinks at 7 Brew are the frozen fruit ones, not the breves and mochas.

The Sugar Number Worth Knowing

A large Cocoberry Lemon Freeze carries 208 grams of sugar. That is roughly 52 teaspoons in one cup, and roughly eight times the daily added-sugar limit the American Heart Association suggests for women (25 g), or six times the limit for men (36 g).

“Sugar-free” does not always mean sugar free

This one matters. Of the 402 sugar-free options in the guide, only 120 actually contain zero sugar. The rest still carry sugar from fruit purees and bases.

The clearest example: a large Sugar-Free Cocoberry Lemon Freeze is 800 calories with 163 grams of sugar. It is lower than the regular version — but it is nobody’s idea of a sugar-free drink. On coffee drinks the sugar-free syrups do what you would expect; on the frozen fruit drinks they barely move the number.

How You Order It Matters More Than What You Order

This is the single most useful thing on this page. Take one drink — a plain lemonade — and change nothing but how it is made:

The sugar moves the same way: 66 grams iced, 202 grams frozen. Same name on the menu, three times the drink.

It holds for coffee too. A Blondie Breve is 560 calories iced, 680 hot, and 760 as a Frozen Chiller.

So if you are trying to cut back and you only change one habit, make it this one: order it iced instead of frozen. It saves more than dropping a size does.

7 Brew Sizes: Kids, Small, Medium and Large

7 Brew runs four sizes, and the Kids size is available to anyone, not just children — it is the quietest way to cut a drink down.

One oddity in that table is real, not a typo: the Kids size shows more sugar than the Small (24 g against 20 g) while carrying fewer calories. The Small has more breve in it, so it gains fat and calories while the syrup ratio drops. Both figures are exactly as 7 Brew publishes them.

The jump that costs you is small to medium, not medium to large — 200 calories against 80. If you are sizing down, going from medium to small is where the saving actually is.

Every figure on this page is taken from 7 Brew’s own nutrition guide, last updated June 2026. We extracted all 1,293 rows covering 154 drinks across four sizes and six preparation methods, and we have not adjusted or estimated any of them.

Two honest notes. First, the guide has at least one clear error — an iced medium Americano is listed at 9 mg of caffeine where every comparable drink is 120 mg — so treat any single odd-looking figure with suspicion rather than certainty. Second, your drink is made by a person: extra pumps, a different milk, whipped cream or a lighter hand all move these numbers.

If you need exact figures for a medical or dietary reason, ask the crew at your stand rather than relying on any chart online, this one included.
