Walmart lists the Blondie can at 11 fl oz, and describes it as a good source of protein (14% of the daily value). QSR Magazine reported 7 g of protein for the Blondie and 8 g for the Brunette Brownie.
How Much Caffeine Is in 7 Brew Canned Coffee?
7 Brew does not publish a caffeine figure in milligrams for its canned coffees, and neither its product page nor the launch coverage we found gives one. The closest official-adjacent wording is on Walmart’s listing for the Blondie can, which says it has “about as much caffeine as 1 shot of espresso”.
For context, 7 Brew’s nutrition guide lists a Kids-size espresso drink, which is one shot, at 60 mg. That is a stand drink, not the can, so treat it as a rough comparison rather than the can’s figure.
