The Brunette is a 7 Original part of the founding menu that launched 7 Brew in Rogers, Arkansas in 2017. It combines espresso with hazelnut syrup, caramel syrup, and 7 Brew’s proprietary mocha blend, all pulled together with steamed breve (half-and-half).
