7 Brew teas get less attention than the coffee, but the tea side of the menu is bigger than most people realise. On 7 Brew’s official menu it sits under one heading, Teas, Chai & Matcha, and every drink in it can be ordered hot, iced or as a Frozen Chiller.

The Six 7 Brew Tea Bases
Every tea drink starts with one of six bases printed on 7 Brew’s menu. You can order any of them plain, or add a flavor and milk the same way you would with coffee.

Caffeine figures are from 7 Brew’s official nutrition guide (June 2026 edition), as covered in our 7 Brew caffeine guide. The guide does not break out Earl Grey, Paris or Cinnamon Spice separately, so we have not guessed at them.
7 Brew Flavored Teas
The menu lists three named teas: Cherry Blossom, Hula and Sunset. 7 Brew does not print their recipes on the menu, so ask your Brewista which flavors go into each one at your stand.

7 Brew Chai Lattes
There are three chai lattes on the menu. The Brewchata can be made with sugar-free flavor, according to 7 Brew’s menu.

The surprise here is caffeine: 7 Brew’s nutrition guide lists its chai lattes at 0 mg, even though chai is normally made with black tea. If you want a warm, sweet drink with no caffeine, a chai latte is the pick.
7 Brew Matcha Lattes
Three matcha lattes are on the menu. The Cereal Milk and Strawberry versions can be made with sugar-free flavor.

Matcha at 7 Brew is much lower in caffeine than people expect: 11 mg in a Small, 17 mg in a Medium and 22 mg in a Large, according to the official guide.
